Cape Lookout Open For Climbing!

Many of you have asked when the Cape Lookout Lighthouse will be open for climbing.  The lighthouse is currently closed for repairs, but it is expected to open later this summer. Once open, tickets for this year will be sold Tuesday through Saturday at the Harkers Island Visitor Center. Groups of 10 will begin their climb every 10 minutes from 10:00 am until 3:30 pm on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Ticket prices will be $4 for children, senior citizens, and the disabled and $8 for all other adults.
